Steve Jacob | Owner/ Operator
Steve began Valley Insulation in May of 1977. Throughout the years, Steve has experienced a wide variety of insulation projects learning from every one of them. These experiences have made him one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the insulation field in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Matt Johnson | Project Manager/Estimator
Matt has been working with Valley Insulation since 2001. He began his career in the field insulating homes and commercial buildings. After several years, Matt moved into an estimator/sales position using his field knowledge to help give customers an accurate estimation of their project. He soon took on the role of Project Manager in which he also manages the crews, scheduling and overseeing projects.

Ian Worley | Estimator
Ian began working in the field with Valley Insulation in 2001. He worked his way up to the estimating department. Bringing his field experiences into this position, has given him the knowledge and understanding of residential and commercial projects for estimating insulation.

Michelle Coates | Finance Manager
In 2008, Michelle joined the Valley team with 20 plus years experience in the bookkeeping field. She began as an Administrative Assistant. After several years, she moved into the position of Finance Manager.
